By creating an account, using the app, or subscribing to Nesto Autism Care ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

Operator: The app is operated by the developer/entity that publishes Nesto Autism Care on the Google Play Store. For support or legal inquiries, use the in-app Support option or the contact details on the app's store listing.

1. Use of the app

The app is a developmental support and educational tool only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Screening results are not a diagnosis. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Subscription

Refund policy: Subscriptions are generally non-refundable after billing. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing. No partial refunds are provided for unused periods, except where required by applicable law or made available under the billing platform's policy.

4. AI Support and fair use

AI Support is offered on a fair use basis and is intended for normal personal use within the app. It is not guaranteed to be unlimited. To maintain quality, speed, safety, and availability for all users, we may apply reasonable usage limits, priority rules, temporary slowdowns, or other service protections when needed, especially in cases of unusually high, automated, abusive, or excessive usage.

Access to AI Support, response speed, and service availability may vary by plan, technical conditions, and operational requirements. We may modify, pause, restrict, or discontinue AI Support features at any time to protect the service, users, or the app.

5. Community rules and enforcement

If you use community features, support spaces, or any interactive area of the app, you must not post, share, or promote misleading information, false claims, unsafe guidance, medical advice presented as fact, abusive content, harassment, hate, threats, spam, illegal content, or any offensive or harmful activity.

If such activity is reported, detected by our systems, or reasonably determined by us or an admin, we may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend community access, block or terminate your account, or take any other moderation action we consider appropriate to protect users and the app.

If your access is restricted, suspended, or terminated because of misuse, abuse, policy violations, misleading medical-style advice, harmful conduct, or other prohibited activity, you will not be entitled to any refund, credit, or compensation for any subscription period already paid, except where required by applicable law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decisions you make based on the app's content or recommendations. The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. For significant changes, we may notify you in the app.
