Autism Signs Checklist for Parents

Use this checklist to organize what you notice at home: social response, communication, play, sensory reactions, routines, and daily behavior. It is educational and should be shared with a qualified professional when concerns are present.

How to use it

Mark patterns you see more than once, then write examples. A single sign does not prove autism; patterns across settings matter more.

When to act

If you see multiple signs or your child is missing milestones, ask for developmental screening or professional guidance.
